About
I am a Battery CAE Engineer at Volvo Cars in Gothenburg. Before joining Volvo, I worked as a consultant at AFRY for two years. I completed my Ph.D. at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2023. Prior to moving to Sweden in 2016, I was a development engineer at the Cummins East Asia R&D Center, following my Bachelor and Master degrees from Wuhan University of Technology. My career has evolved from traditional propulsion into specialized work in vehicle electrification.
Outside work, I enjoy city walk, hiking, street food, and the changing character of the cities where I have lived. Summer beer, winter hot pot, and salty licorice are a few reliable pleasures. I write about some of these places and memories under Life & Places.
Background
My academic work was carried out mainly at KTH in the fields of transport, machine design, and mechatronics, often in collaboration with industrial partners.
